Hands piled togetherAmong our firm's missions is to be an outstanding corporate citizen: to give back in appreciation to the community in which we live and work. Following are some examples of projects in which we participate or that we sponsor. For the past six years, Matthew Delaney has particpated in Rotary International's Festival of the Brotherhood in Mexico.  Each year roughly 50 Rotarians from the counties of Sonoma, Napa, Marin and Mendocino, travel to the annual Festival of the Brotherhood. He and the other Rotarians visit local projects ranging from orphanages for abandoned and abused children to clean water projects to help poverty stricken towns outside of Guadalajara. They build international relationships with local Rotarians and in all, have raised over $1.6MM in 15 years.

Rotary Eye Care Projects

For the past 15 years, John Jones has participated in several humanitarian eye care clinics around the world sponsored by his Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary club. John was honored as the Rotarian of the Year in 1998 by the Sunrise Rotary Club for his outstanding leadership in the Guatemalan eye care project.

Peanuts on Parade

JDH is proud to have sponsored three Peanuts on Parade statue tributes to Charles M. Schulz right here in Sonoma County. The money that is raised by these events helps young artists fulfill their dreams of making a difference through art. The best part about participating in this event was the support from the local community. To this day, families come to the office to take pictures of the three statues outside our doors. It was a great honor to be a part of such an incredible event.
