Matthew Delaney
Wealth Advisor & Managing Partner
Matt is the managing partner at JDH Wealth. His passion is working with people and helping them get their arms around their financial world.
Having left Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley) in 2005, Matt brought his knowledge of big-box financial advising to the boutique firm of JDH Wealth.
He and his amazing wife, Allison, have two children, Connor and Carolina. The family dog, Molly, occasionally makes a guest appearance at the office. When not in the office, you can find Matt on a court somewhere in the United States watching his kids play competitive volleyball.

Jake Hatcher
Associate Wealth Advisor
Jake comes from a family with more than 20 years of experience in banking, managerial accounting, and financial services throughout Sonoma County.
As one of the few to be born and raised in Healdsburg, this Greyhound has parlayed his love for numbers, passion for procedures, and knack for building quality relationships into a career of proficient monetary services within his community.
When he is not assisting clients, Jake also enjoys golfing, exploring nature hikes with his children, and learning new songs to perform at the local open mic night.
Although Jake might not sing like Jagger, his dedication has led to valuable experience helping clients navigate tax, estate, and retirement planning in an ever-changing financial landscape.

Shannon Carlton
Head of Office Operations
Shannon has always been drawn to personalized business teams that emphasize a culture of client relationships and education.
She has spent many years helping the residents of Sonoma County to surround their homes with beautiful gardens, landscapes, and restorative work after wildfires.
Now, she specializes in cultivating the individual dreams of clients and growing the wealth of her community. She seeks to serve the day-to-day needs of clients with a friendly smile and high level of service.
Shannon hails from Santa Cruz where her parents still live. She attended Cabrillo College in Aptos.
Her pride and joy is her Meyer’s parrot Misha. He is “oh-so-cute”, and will tell you as much, being a bit of a talker (and sometimes squawker).

Rebecca Adams
Client Service Specialist
Rebecca brings a diverse professional background spanning graphic design, real estate, and customer service support.
Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about providing exceptional client engagement and building meaningful lasting relationships with individuals and the businesses she supports.
What drives Rebecca most is helping others succeed. She takes pride in creating positive client experiences and finding ways to make a difference through attentive, personalized service.
Outside the office, Rebecca enjoys exploring the beauty of California’s coastline and redwood forests. If she’s not at JDH Wealth, there’s a good chance you’ll find her relaxing at the beach and soaking up the natural beauty of the coast.

Connor Delaney
Summer Intern
Connor Delaney is a summer intern at JDH Wealth, where he is gaining hands-on experience and learning more about the financial industry alongside the JDH Wealth team.
He recently completed his first year at Messiah University in Pennsylvania, where he studied finance and played college volleyball. After facing season-long injuries, Connor made the difficult decision to step away from playing and will be transferring to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. There, he will continue pursuing a finance degree through the Haslam College of Business and is looking forward to this new chapter.
Connor has a strong passion for finance and is eager to expand his knowledge throughout the summer. In addition to his internship, he will be coaching a local club volleyball team, allowing him to stay connected to the sport in a new way. He is grateful for the opportunity to learn from the JDH team and gain real-world experience, and he looks forward to meeting everyone.

Molly
Chief Security Officer
Molly is the Chief Security Officer at JDH. Many of you have seen her around the office welcoming you with her tailless wag. She is ten years old and a miniature Australian Shepherd.
She is fascinated by black crows, bunnies, and cats. At the mention of the word “cat” at the office, she is out the side door ferociously looking for them in the bushes.
A little known fact about our CSO is that she has been sprayed by a skunk twice in the last two years. Her new goal is to get sprayed once a year.
Though sometimes scared by her own shadow, Molly is always available for anyone who needs any emotional support!
